The master plan of Grace Valley Islamabad covers nearly 436 Kanals in Zone V. In addition, the design is based on modern urban planning concepts. In March 2023, the developers received approval from the Capital Development Authority.The planners adhere to a “city within a city” concept. As such, they merge residential sites, commercial areas, and recreational spaces into a single organized framework. Besides that, they are concerned with sustainability, walkability, and smart infrastructure. All the zones connect smoothly with each other.
